Creative Director

As Creative Director you will be responsible for overseeing the design and branding and advertising for Chase clients and the overall Chase brand. This will include the development of high-level advertising and marketing concepts, and the mentoring and inspiring of the Chase creative team in translating marketing objectives into creative strategies. In addition to leading and directing the Chase creative team you will work in association with Account Managers to refine Creative Briefs, assign project teams and develop strategy while understanding client needs. You will also work closely with the Production/Studio Manager, establishing internal project goals, assessing the Chase creative team members and ensuring scheduled deadlines are met.

Office Bookkeeper

Chase is in hot pursuit of an experienced Office Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This new position will oversee all aspects of the company’s accounting, payroll and general office functions. This includes managing the agency’s books using Creative Manager ( Workamajig - internal training from Chase supplied ), entering bills, cutting checks, and administering payroll. The person in this position must also have the ability to act as liaison between our CA firm and management during year-end and mid-year reviews, and be able to accurately perform reconciliations of bank accounts, job projects and related time charges.

Real Estate Communication Strategist

The Communication Strategist will manage a variety of key real estate accounts, providing client relationship management and account strategy, planning and execution to their client portfolio. The position will provide counsel and work with clients on marketing communications activities, recognizing and analyzing client business needs and providing agency recommendations. The Communication Strategist will be responsible for managing projects and campaigns from inception to completion. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: account management, strategic recommendations, critical path scheduling, estimating and billing, budget management, creative briefing, client presentations, event planning, and public relations planning.
